I have been buying shirts from them for almost 10 years and believe they are right at the perfect quality to price point. Excellent detailing and in slim fit a good fit for me. My only gripe is that their website does not keep up with stock levels a several times over the years I have order items online to later be told they are not available. Most recently I was also charged for an unavailable item and only when I queried why it had not been delivered with a large order was I refunded. Old world charm is all well and good but a better grip of the order process would be appreciated.

I have been shopping here for years and the shirts and suits really hold up well and the prices are way more competitive than certain bigger brands who outsource their work to Asia and beyond.

United Kingdom | 13 February 2018Simply diabolical service and a lack of basic care and attention in their customer service and dispatch. Uniquely and consistently incompetent. I had previously order from them with teething issues, but I put that down to isolated bad luck, and tried them again. More fool me. A lesson learned. On my second order, they dispatched the wrong size and wrong item. When I called to complain (with a deep sinking feeling after the last time's problems) they offered to dispatch by courier a replacement. When it arrived, it was the wrong item. Again. 3 orders, 3 incorrect. 100% record in ballsing things up. How do you even do that? That's impressive commitment to ineptitude. I find this simply amazing that given the prior issues, they would fail to check and check twice at the picking and packing stage in order to rectify their error and retain a customer. I now have an item that I have paid for that I don't want. The sale cost was £25 + £6 or so P&P. Not a great deal in the grand scheme, so I'm admitting defeat and not even going to bother with the hassle of returning and exchanging. Honestly, it is not worth the pain. I'll swallow the £31 loss and be grateful that I got off relatively lightly. They are a frustrating shambles. A retail nightmare and incompetent at every turn. Believe me, trade up in price to £100 per shirt and go with someone who can get the basics elements of retail right, because this lot haven't a clue.

United Kingdom | 02 December 2017I ordered a pair of trousers early Nov for a Ball 2 Dec, they sent it to the wrong address, lied about being to busy then sent me texts to say they would be here: it didn't turn up even though I waited to 2359 as requested. They then sent 'another pair' after I asked them (to stupid to think of that them selves) This pair were dispatched, I sent the dispatcher a message to put it in a safe place, they didn't deliver and lied about putting a card through my letter box. The company are incompetent, lie and should never be used. I lost a massive amount due to them not being good enough to sent 1 pair of trousers!!!! avoid this useless company at all costs. trying to send them 2 days after they were needed, 3 weeks after the order!! They have got the money so that will be fun trying to get back as I am sure they will lose that as well!!!!!
