United Kingdom | 28 April 2024The first communication before the "technical survey" was carried out was swift. Any further communication after this relation to questions I had and cancellation has been atrocious. Being stone-walled is the most appropriate description unfortunately. I cancelled works because I did not trust what I was being told and was being rushed into it without having all of the full information and specifications of everything they wanted to install I to my home. I have tried emailing to cancel any works planned well within the 14-day cancellation period as requested but am having no replies to multiple emails. This is highly concerning when I am told I am liable for costs if I don't cancel in time. Communication from this company is unfortunately atrocious and I would advise anyone here on to avoid any Eco-4 scheme at all costs.

They provided clear and concise information from the initial assessment to completion. The work carried out was to a high standard and has provided a great heating increase to my property. The surveyors and operatives were kind and caring, leaving the property clean and tidy. I would highly recommend it for all renewable work needs.
