Ok, I have had these guys on my bookmark for a few years, I've always liked their items, their designs and how they present their goods to their customers. So I thought I'd take the plunge for Xmas and try these guys out, they had a sale on and also a black Friday deal so I couldn't resist! I messaged them through their live chat and had a response almost immediately, their customer service attitude was on point and made me feel really comfortable in dealing with them, I went ahead and ordered my jacket and boy was I blown away with what I received! The service was top notch and the item presentation was up there, I've bought many many designer branded items that haven't arrived and met the quality and detail that these guys put in to their products. The packaging was great and opening the item and getting it out of its bag was just awesome, made the whole process feel exciting. Now for the price these guys charge for their items I was sceptical about quality but having tried these guys and witnessing first hand I can honestly say I'm well impressed and they have exceeded my expectations! I have now added them to my favourites and will be buying more items and recommending them to friends and family. Well done guys and wish you all the best success for 2023 and beyond.
