I received the earrings one big, one small as a first customer I was so disappointed. I know I'm yet to get my refund. Next time check properly when you are delivering your services because first experience matters in every business

Still not recieved my items!!!

I love this company. I have delay directly with the two directors who were professional, friendly and efficient. I order two bespoke kente outfits for me and my daughter. They arrived within 3 weeks and we were very happy with the quality and workmanship. We received a lot of compliments when we wore them. Thank you Cultureville

Late order, ordered this on February 4th and here it is almost a month later and no package.

The product is great but paying extra for the gift wrapping was not worth it as it was wrapped terribly

Waited over a week for my order to arrive. Took a few days for the company to respond however, once they did, they were extremely apologetic and sent me a courtesy headscarf free of charge which was posted first class!

The package came tied up beautifully in an African print bow which I thought was a lovely touch. Although there was a delay in delivery, they more than made up for it with a complimentary silk scarf, which, alongside the others I ordered, the girls in my family adore! I also find their tutorials helpful and can’t wait to wear my scarf outside!

The designs and quality for my earrings and face mask were amazing. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends! It would be even better if I could track my orders and have an estimate for when they will arrive

I've ordered twice now from Cultureville and definitely hope to again in the future. Delivery is fast, the masks fit great and come with a useful guide, and the earrings are gorgeous! I even enjoy receiving the confirmation emails after ordering, they're so friendly. I love their instagram account too.

Really lovely material and masks are well made but unfortunately the two masks I received were of differing sizes and both smaller than is comfortable. One of them is unwearable because of the size. I don't have a big face at all, so bit sad that this is the case. Will be passing the masks forward to the younger members of the family in the hope that they will fit.

Items arrived quickly. Packaging not excessive. Face masks came with clear instructions for cleaning and care. Really appreciate the quick service and the quality of the face masks is excellent, comfortable and breathable. Love my green and orange one. Bought some black ones for my family and they love them too.

Very prompt delivery and the masks are well-crafted. Beautiful fabrics. Loved the personalised email from the company. The mask is too big for me but I appear to have quite a petite face! Also very thoughtful to provide everyone with a free mask to ensure that whole communities are effectively equipped. Very good experience
