Excellent customer service. Keyboard developed a fault with one of the keys after a few months. Just sent them an email and they replied promptly and sent out a replacement switch plus an additional spare switch. This was very easy, with no forms to fill in and no unnecessary back and forth to discuss or argue over the issue. The spare switch was a welcome surprise.

I am a heavy computer user at work and home, but not a keyboard hobbyist; I therefore had a clear idea of what I was after but not familiar with specific models or manufacturers. I sent quite a few questions and follow-ups, all answered very quickly. I felt I was guided to the options that suited me best, not merely a sale; my thanks particularly to Martin. The order arrived in one working day and communication was excellent; it's obvious you're dealing with a firm of individuals, contrawise inquiry boxes-only and hard-to-contact shopfronts that otherwise predominate. Not only that, but they were very competitive on price - better than sold through well-known marketplace platforms and other sellers. I wish more products were sold by retailers like this firm. Typed with pleasure on my purchase.

Fantastic customer service, cannot recommend highly enough. Ordered a Keychron Q6, which promptly arrived. Though had an issue with the delivery itself (driver throwing the box around). So reported it back to Keyboard Co and they dealt with the issue directly with the courier on my behalf. Whilst offering reassurance that if the keyboard sustained any damage, they would gladly help. Thankfully the Keychron Q6 was packed to a very high standard so survived the impacts. Great customer service, will gladly be doing business with again soon.

Great service from the Keyboard Company when I purchased my new Keychron Q6. As a UK vendor for Keychron, I managed to get the keyboard at a better price compared to getting it from the manufacturer's site. The order was processed promptly and arrived here within the time frame I expected (just note that DHL don't do weekends). The order was well packaged, although the box the keyboard had suffered a small dent in one of the corners - this could have happened on Keychron's end or during delivery, either way the keyboard itself had suffered no damage at all. Helen was pretty helpful and polite answering some questions I had. The order also came with a couple of coasters and a nail file which is cool I guess.

Bought a Keychron Q1 V2 Keyboard with brown switches and the UK layout recently, the keyboard came next day free shipping which was great because I could not wait hahaha. For some reason these are out of stock everywhere else so buy it quick. After a few days I also bought the Keychrons wooden wrist rest, sadly it had a defect and was very wobbly. I contacted Helen and she sent me a new replacement, Just got It In the mail now and works perfectly.

My new Das keyboard (the UK Das Keyboard 4 Professional for Mac Audible Click DASK4MACCLI-UK) needed a new wrist rest to go with it. My old wooden wrist rest was too small. I didn't have a clue what to choose, so relying on the Keyboard Company's top class Customer Service, I called them and got through to Bruce. He immediately suggested I get the Filco Macaron Wrist Rest Ash 17mm Large. He also provided the links for the colours it came in. I chose the Ash one, which is a perfect match for my Das. I'm so glad I got it, as it's sublimely comfortable, much kinder on my wrists than my old wooden one.

Helen provided exceptional service. Initially, I didn't have high hopes of finding the keyboard I wanted, given that it was out of stock. However, Helen's proactive approach and thoughtful questioning about my needs made me feel that she genuinely wanted to assist me in locating the perfect keyboard. Although the item was not available at her branch, she went the extra mile to contact other branches, and within a few hours, she managed to track down the item and promptly notified me via email. Such exemplary service is rare to come by. I am pleased to report that the keyboard has arrived, and it exceeds my expectations. Once again, I extend my gratitude to Helen, who truly deserves a pay raise.

Keyboard Co shine through. Last last year, I purchased a Keychron K4 bluetooth mechanical keyboard. All was working well up until 10 days ago. Got an email off and an RMA booked. The RMA appeared straight forward to Keyboard Co, loose socket that needed to be resoldered and the team sorted that. They also checked over the keyboard and found an additional issue that wasn't reported in the RMA by myself, and completed a fix on that too. I appreciate the dilligence on the rest of the board as well as swapping out a switch complimentary as well. Not often do you have a company that owns the process and engages with their customers as much with update. Return was very prompt too. Very happy to come back as a customer for any future board needs.

very responsive, and quick. I bought a keychron q2, iso layout. It can be tough to find the iso layout. Keyboardco are one of the main stores in the uk for buying keychron, i think, and maybe it is easier to buy from them than from keychron who ship from China. I live outside the UK and they shipped with TNT who were very quick, maybe it was 2 or 3 days. Keyboardco's website is by far the best i've seen for giving the full specs and related info for the product. Even if I am not buying from them i find myself using the website for the detailed description of the product

Not one to often write reviews but the experience I had has been so bad with this company I just had to share it. Received a keyboard, specially the Keychron k8 which stopped working 3 weeks after I received it. If I pressed a single key on the keyboard it would then input all the rest of the keys on the same row. So when I pressed 1 doe example it would input all the rest of the numbers of the keyboard. With reluctance from the keyboard co, they eventually took it back for inspection and after they received they refused that there was any issue with the keyboard. I asked that they would send me a video to prove their innocence and point, however after two long months they (I was dealing with Andrew Davis) refused to send me a video of the keys working and said they are going to just send the keyboard back. I have not received the keyboard after returning it to them over two months ago, and first time using it and it still has the same issue. They refused to even try to repair or inspect the keyboard properly, and just wanted two months of my time. Worst experience I have ever had with a company, and worst representative I have ever spoken to from a company in Andrew. DO NOT USE, as after three weeks if there is any issue it’s all on you and they don’t care a single bit. I was even happy to pay for a repair or anything, but they just refused to help entirely.

great customer service all should try get to son wanted a new keyboard for xmas so cut a long story short, finalised one on the keyboard co. the keyboard was out of stock, but expected in the next few days, so had the option to leave my email to be informed. About a week later email arrived and i ordered it, problem at checkout, card wasn't going through, option for pay pal, no i don't do paypal, delemar. i sent a email to customer service, within hours got a reply and sorted, done by bacs transfer delivered and sorted, all companies should make it this easy.

Ordered on the 4th of September and got the keyboard on the 9th. Ordered a Keychron K6 - it came with no damage and very good stabilisers.
