Hypervolt put me in touch with Andy at Dexter & Co after our EV charger developed a connection fault, he arrived on time and tried to repair the fault but unfortunately the unit needed replacing under warranty. Andy contacted me a few days later stating that a new replacement had been allocated so we made another appointment for the swap over. On the relevant morning Andy sent me a text confirming that he’ll arrive @ 8.30am (which he did) and completed the job accordingly. I found Andy to be a very pleasant, polite, well mannered (took shoes off prior to entering house without prompting) and efficient in his work and have no problem recommending him to anyone contemplating installing an EV charger.

The job was completed when it was supposed to be, very professional set up. Since we have had the chargers installed a few months ago, I have called Andy a few times with small queries, and the query has always been resolved on the day I made the call.
