What an excellent company. I ordered a Green Man plaque which arrived incredibly well packaged and included a lovely unexpected extra gift. Unfortunately, the package had been damaged resulting in the plaque being slightly damaged. Brighthelm immediately sent a replacement which arrived the next working day.
