Absolutely love GeorgeStreet! They were super communicative and always available from start to finish. I never felt like I had been forgotten or was any less important than any other client. I love the convenience of their online portal, too! I had Megan as my lead photographer. She and the associate photographer did a wonderful job capturing exactly what we asked. We wanted the usual family shots that the fam is going to want to get, but we're more of a casual/goofy couple and we wanted to see that in our photos. We certainly can :) I love love love our photos and can't wait to see my finished album that's on it's way!! High recommend! :)

We were blown away by our experience with George Street! Not only were we able to help hand pick our photographer based on our style, we were were also able to make sure they knew everything we hoped to get out of the day. Our photographer was so incredibly fun to work with. All of the professionals at George Street were timely and efficient. We felt incredibly taken care of, not to mention we received our pictures and started working on our album very quickly after our wedding! They have been incredibly helpful and patient throughout our entire experience. If we were to do it all over again, the only thing we would change would be to include the videographer :)

George Street Photo and Video have been a pleasure to work with! They took really nice pictures and captured some really cool moments. What I also liked about this company is that you get to choose your own photographer based on their work. The coordinators show you the photographer's profiles and their work from their website and give you options to choose between 3-4 photographers in your area that are available for your event. On the Wedding day the photographers and videographer were all on time and went by the plan. It is very organized and you can tell them exactly what you want and how you want to get something done and they follow your plan. Very easy to work with. Wedding coordinator that was working with us via e-mails was very helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We had a good experience with George Street and Video overall!! Would definitely recommend to anyone for any occasion!

I had a fantastic experience with George Street at my wedding a few months ago. I hired both my photographer and videographer from them. Both of them were perfect for our day and knew exactly what we wanted. They were never pushy or in the way! Out photos and video are truly amazing and they captured everything. The company made it so easy to put together a wish list prior to our wedding. You could check which pictures you wanted to make everything move smoothly as well as create a pinterest board so they could see what you liked. They company is easy to talk to and super friendly and accommodating. We even rehired our photographer for our family portraits this upcoming weekend. As we began our wedding planning, I was very inexperienced and did not fully understand everything that went into the whole process. I found that everything was extremely overwhelming, and much pricier than I had ever imagined. As I began my quest for a photographer and videographer for my wedding, I checked websites such as The Knot, and even scoured bridal magazines for my local area, such as Metro Detroit Bride, and The Knot Michigan. I stumbled across George Street, and was really impressed by their magazine ad, and the appeal of their website. I sent an inquiry for more information and pricing, and received something back very promptly. Soon after, I also received a call from one of their coordinators to set up a consultation, and so we could discuss different styles of photography that we wanted for our big day. We met with Samantha Beach the very next day, and she was more than accommodating to work with our schedules. As we sat down to talk, she showed us different work from their photographers, and I immediately knew that this was the company for us! She thoroughly explained the pricing, and all that our package would entail, and also explained that we could make payments, rather than having to pay one large lump sum (which took a lot of the stress off of us). She also informed us that with our package, our engagement photo session would be complimentary, and a great way to meet our photographer. We were more than happy to sign the contract, and felt very comfortable that they would make our day very special! We scheduled our engagement session with our photographer Robert for October to be shot in Downtown Detroit, at various locations. Neither of us had ever been photographed before, and he made us feel comfortable, and we hit it off very well. We received our shots back very quickly, which was awesome as we wanted to use them for our Save the Dates. He told us if we had any questions at all to let him know and he would help us out. Time passed, and as our wedding approached, we spoke again to finalize the details and timeline for the day of. I had some concerns about the weather, and he gave me confidence that everything would be okay, and that we would find a way to make everything work with the plan that we had set. Finally the day of the wedding came, and we could not have been more excited. Robert, and the videographer arrived right on time, and got to work almost immediately. They took many detail shots of my dress, jewelry, bridal party preparation, and also shots of me and all of my bridesmaids individually as requested. The associate photographer also arrived at the church where the groom/groomsmen were getting ready, and got some awesome detail shots as well. The whole day went off without a hitch, and the weather held up too which thrilled us. We could not have been happier about the service we received, and absolutely love the final product. Both our wedding video and photos are precious to us and will be amazing keepsakes to look back on for a lifetime. We highly recommend George Street to anyone who is having an upcoming wedding, for their exceptional service and workmanship.

George Street has been fantastic! Up until the day of my wedding there was constant correspondence between me and our consultant. The week leading up to our wedding I was able to talk with my lead photographer and videographer. On the day of everyone showed up early and were always capturing the best photos. We received our photos a few weeks ago and they are stunning! I'm so happy with everything that was captured and I would definitely recommend George Street to anyone.

He's others Street Lived up to my expectations and more! They did all the shots I asked for!! You will not be disappointed going with Them. I just read reviews when I picked them, then we drove 1 1/2 away to their closest meet location to meet with our signing person and go over everything! I was so worried about doing this, but rest assure you will not regret it. They match you up with the perfect photographer that is best for ther vision you have on your special day. Which ever way you decide at lest give them a chance and meet with them and see their work for yourself!

The team that I worked with was there for us from the beginning. They answered questions, asked us questions to get to know what WE were wanting from our wedding pictures. They were always quick to help. The photographer that we had was wonderful! Beyond amazing! Looking through our photos I found several from a very close, unique perspective but neither one of us ever noticed her! She took photos that were true to our wants and needs and showcased our wedding beautifully. I would recommend George Street to anyone who wants quality pictures for their wedding. Photos last a lifetime, memories can fade a bit, so get the best photographer possible and it is completely possible with this company!

The customer service experience alone with George Street was amazing. There was always a person on the other end of the line offering help and answering questions for me! My photographer called the week before the wedding to get a better feel for me and what I was looking for. She was patient and invested in helping me have lasting memories. I really appreciated the whole process, and the photos were awesome!

I thoroughly enjoyed working with George street and have recommended them to every bride I know. It's affordable, they offer discounts, and you get a video and photo album (if you choose that pkg). Most of all I was impressed by their nice, courteous and customer oriented service. I got my album done 1.5 years after I got married and they were very accommodating.

The overall process with George Street was a very easy one. From sitting down at our initial consultation and selecting the photographer whose style we liked best to receiving our edited photos - there were no issues along the way. Our photographers were professional and made us feel very comfortable in both our engagement photo shoot as well as the full day of our wedding. The turnaround on our wedding photos was INCREDIBLY quick - I don't remember exactly how long it was, but I'm thinking it was less than 2 weeks...for hundreds of edited photos. That being said, I wish they would have taken just a little more time and effort when editing (hence the 4 stars and not 5). Some of the images felt like a simple "Instagram" filter - heck, I could have done that in Photoshop, and I barely know how to use Photoshop. However, there were a handful of them that looked very well edited. Overall, I can't complain. The cost was right, and I was very pleased with the final results!!

It has been a year since I have used the George Street Photography. Looking back I wish I would have paid the money for a professional photographer I met before the day of my wedding. My photographer wasn't from the area (my wedding was a destination). I was hoping they would be able to provide suggestions on where to go for photos but we had to rely on our limo driver. There was also a small communication problem as my photographer didn't speak great English. When it came to the editing process I felt more could be done, but I guess you get what you pay for. I cannot say I would recommend this service in the future.

George Street photo made the photography and videography such a breeze when it came to our wedding. I didn't have to worry that we were being taken care of. The photographer and videographer were such great people and the photos/video were amazing.

When I first found George St, I was blown away by their pictures. After meeting with them, taking their style quiz, creating a shot list, and talking with the photographer, I have to say I was extremely disappointed with the end result. My pictures were all taken from the same place, the same horizontal setting, and poorly edited. I thought it was maybe just the photographer. When my brother got married, I suggested they used another photographer from George St, and their pictures came out just a plain. The photographer profiles we view at the beginning were an exaggerated representation of the photographers abilities. My pictures and my brothers pictures are no where near the quality that George St promotes. It's not worth the money you spend.
