I purchased some Muay Thai shorts from Nak Muay Training. They arrived quickly. Unfortunately they were the wrong size. I contacted Chris and he kindly arranged return of the item and an exchange. Fantastic customer service, item received was too small for my son. I contacted them via email. They were quick to respond and advise me what I needed to do. They exchanged the item and sent it back out and this was all done very quickly with updates provided. Could not fault in anyway. My son absolutely loves the shin guards too. Best he’s had he said. I made an order but had a slight issue with the delivery as some items were being shipped from Thailand, I contacted customer support and received very quick and helpful assistance from the owner Chris, who rectified the issue and got me the help I needed right away. The NMT branded shorts and training top have now arrived and I’m extremely pleased with the quality, could not expect any better for the price!

Top notch service!!! These guys were able to refund me for my bottoms on my Sauna suit from Twins. They ripped down the seem from the crotch to the inside of my calf right below my knee not once but twice on 2 separate pairs. They replaced the first ones with Twins approval (the manufacturer). The second time I messaged NakMuay they reached back out to Twins but Twins said I was using them wrong lmao. The top was perfect from them and all I was asking was to be compensated for my bottoms so 50% and NakMuay came through with that for me! I love Twins products but those Sauna suit bottoms are GARBAGE. I highly recommend ordering with NakMuay for all your Muay Thai gear needs!

I would rate these guys higher if I could. I had a bit of trouble with the delivery, Chris couldn't have resolved it any better or faster than he did. I really appreciate everything he did to resolve the issue. The product was excellent and my son uses his Twins Special bag every day
