Have used door entry direct for the last couple of years and they always deliver. The parts arrived very quickly and were correct as always.

When ordering the Access Control Cards, the website stated that these were in stock, and would be next day delivery. However, after placing the order the dispatch date was 5 days later than expected.

Still waiting for a call back from technical support nearly two weeks later! Really disappointed with the service from Door Entet Direct after purchasing a keypad from them , I needed technical support on a Friday. Called them and told someone would call back by their sales department, but am still waiting. Had to go to NACD and get another keypad urgently, who have great technical support.

I reported a small defect with one of the items I was shipped. It was the manufacturer's fault not Door Entry Direct's fault. I wasn't expecting a replacement or any compensation but they called me and wouldn't take no for an answer and sent me a replacement part right away. Top notch customer service. I am a repeat customer, great prices too.

Emailed to say delay from manufacture . Item arrived within stated delivery date.

My order arrived just in time but, although, I paid for 1 day delivery, it was ordered Sat 11th but arrived Tiesday 14th; maybethe 0ne-day is not meaningful over the wekkend.
