We encountered a small problem after delivery, small crack on the pizza stone, caused by delivery we think ? But got in touch with customer service , who sent perfect replacement within 24 hours… would highly recommend 👍

I emailed & got a reply from Charlotte the same day, she was exceptionally helpful & ordered the extra poles for me & they arrived within 2 days! I absolutely love my Hang n Dry+ and was very grateful that Charlotte sorted my problem quickly & efficiently, if she is representative of DMD Collective then it is a company that I will definitely recommend and use again knowing that they really care about their customers which is rare these days.

United Kingdom | 26 January 2025Having received my blanket in December 24, I found it to be very well made and warm . However in January I had a problem that it wouldn't switch on to heat. I made contact with DMD and communicated with a lovely lady by the name of Charlotte, she arranged a replacement and within 3 day I received it. All Woking well. A very good company and exceptional staff.

United Kingdom | 23 January 2025I was given an electric blanket from DMD for Xmas and I have hardly used my central heating since I got it.it must have saved me hundreds in gas and electricity. I had a problem with the plug where my parrot had bitten through the cable and Charlotte from the customer service was so kind and understanding and sent me a replacement by return of post. What a wonderful company to deal with.

Unfortunately once connect to the blanket the day after delivery it stopped working. Contact customer service again and now sending out a new blanket. Thank you so much for all the help

United Kingdom | 08 January 2025I purchased a dmd counter top dishwasher last year which unfortunately had an error but I must say the customer service i had from Charlotte in the company was outstanding. She offered a replacement or refund without question, and went above and beyond to organise the replacement. She communicated with immediate response to all of my emails and let me know what was happening every step of the way. Cannot fault the customer service from Charlotte and thank you once again for all your assistance.

Unfortunately over the weekend I had an issue with my new dehumidifier. I emailed Charlotte yesterday and she replied this morning with an offer of a replacement unit and the free collection of the faulty one. Having been in retail for nearly forty years I understand that good service is sometimes difficult to find, not where Charlotte is concerned. Many thanks for your quick reply and excellent solution.

We are DELIGHTED at how BRILLIANT this drier is. It has exceeded all our expectations in terms of performance and design. As a long term customer and enthusiast of all things Dyson, this company are on a par or even exceed those standards. I would recommend anyone who is in need of a drier ina small space to look no further than DMD

United Kingdom | 11 November 2024I didn't receive my hang n dry first time, the courier had apparently left it on my doorstep while I was out. I contacted DMD and a lovely lady, called Charlotte, got back to me within hours of my first email. She was so nice made some suggestions as to where to look and checked with the courier, as soon as it was established my hang n dry had disappeared she asked if I wanted a replacement or refund, I wanted a replacement which she arranged straight away and it arrived within a couple of days. The hang n dry is amazing now I have it.

I had a problem with my oven and not only did they take care of it,they did it in a timely manner. They could have said it was my problem and I would have understood, but they went above what was expected. The most trustworthy company I have dealt with.
