Manque de transparence terrible sur le service. Je ne recommande pas du tout de recourir à cette solution. Expérience très négative où l’on découvre par exemple que la banque doit se rendre au domicile de la personne qui emprunte …. Des délais beaucoup trop longs, un process qui manque cruellement de transparence, des « banques partenaires » qui ne sont même pas au courant de l’existence de ce service. C’est un véritable parcours du combattant pour l’emprunteur et pour la personne qui se porte garante (aucune information sur comment récupérer sa garantie, ni même à qui s’adresser, un “service client” joignable uniquement sur whtspp par ÉCRIT et uniquement en Anglais !) Mon expérience a été vraiment lamentable et je ne recommencerai bien évidemment pas l’expérience (toujours en attente de ma garantie par ailleurs …).

This app is a much needed one. I have been able to support people without the worry of sending money. The process is fast, it literally takes very few minutes. SympliFi is set up for families to help other family members. I'm a business so the wording on the website really wasn't appropriate or welcome for me. Some of the back-office processes do not work reliably yet though the team did their best to put things right fairly quickly. As this company grows and irons out its teething problems, I'm confident it will grow from a three-star organisation to a five-star organisation.
