Can't recommend Welbeing enough, we've been really happy with the service that we've received and will definitely use again. The online purchase system works well too and pricing is competitive to go with the excellent service.

I recently had this installed for my 93 year old mother it was a very pleasurable experience for both of us. The engineer was very patient and understanding of my mother's age and took his time explaining everything. I can't fault the whole package and it has given me piece of mind knowing if she needs help at anytime it is only a press of a button away 24 hours a day.

This morning Micheal came to installed a button alarm, for my 93yr old neighbour. The young man was very polite and helpful. He explained everything about the alarm to her, and was patient with her as she is very deaf. She will be much safer now as this will get help sooner. Thank you Micheal

Had Lifeline installed for 90 year old mother in law today. Jim who did the installation couldn't have been nicer to her, it was all explained to her, but is actually very simple. She and us now have the reassurance that should she have a fall or be taken ill she can summon help.

Looked at their product info online, and thought it good, especially as they are owned by the multinational manufacturer of the equipment used (doro). Website says "Free delivery throughout the United Kingdom" for the equipment. But when I called to order one for my mother (who lives in outer London) was told that they can't support London as their engineering contractors don't cover it. Yes, a company based in Sussex that can't manage to support the UK's biggest city, about 60 miles up the road from their office. Why they suggest that they'll ship a unit to anywhere in the UK, but can only provide post-sales support in a very small proportion of the country (Sussex, plus a few boroughs in the North West) is crazy. So I have zero confidence in this organisation supporting an elderly relative. They clearly have very few resources. A big waste of my time.

Just had Lifeline installed, tested, and explained to me. Service was excellent and test calls were totally successful.

My mother had a panic button from Welbeing which sent a signal to a box hooked up to her landline phone. A wonderful idea and it's good to know that help will always be at hand. However, she was rushed to hospital and the panic button removed from around her neck while they tried to treat her. Sadly mum passed away. The box was returned to Welbeing, but as the panic button was not recovered, her estate was billed £72. I rang to explain, and was told that customers are expected to look after their panic buttons. Apparently being dead is not a good enough excuse. Disgraceful. P.s.in response to your reply written on 13/12/18 (before you have the chance to edit it) you state 'the contract you signed does state that when you return it to us you will be charged for missing items'. For the record, I have never signed anything from you. And I challenge you to produce the said contract. p.p.s. Thank you for your reply of 14/12/18. I have sent you a formal email to your 'info@' address for the attention of the finance department. I look forward to hearing from you.
