The first impression on call with their customer executives was excellent. They were genuinely interested in understanding my pain and provided a recommendation accordingly (and not blindly the highest priced mattress they had). I went by their recommendation and bought a mattress (which came with 100-day trial so I was not that scared). The mattress is amazing - great quality, look & feel is awesome and the overall experience is nothing short of a 5-star one. It has been more than a month since I have been using it. Totally recommend it to others.
