United States | 27 December 2024In the beginning the customer support was difficult to understand but they worked hard with me to get what I needed. But the biggest issue was the website. Many glitches and inability to process payment. After I had ordered everything via “messages” I had to reach out days later for a tracking number. Periodically they bet the course of over a week the information via the tracking number did not change. I reached out to the company in several occasions and the one time after getting me the tracking number I did hear back was a day later. Not very helpful or reliable communication. I’ll update the review after the artist finally got ahold of me and explained everything I appreciated his response so I caged the rating and gave him 2 more stars at this point.
