It would be a good idea to contact customers if there are important papers that have been misplaced. Naklaw spent 11 months to get an escrow paid out! Oops, the account number had been misplaced. Poor service. Poor communication. Not recommended in any way.

I received a letter from the Nak law firm saying that I owe them money for refusing their legal services, which I had not even planned to use, I had contacted them once for financial counselling, which turned out to be pointless and was paid for by me. Naklaw law firm decided that if I paid 2600€ they would drop the case.
