I have yet to get my products, but it has only been 3 days and I’m what to start my journey. Even with me being impatient, I reached out and asked if there was any update and I was answered right away with some information. So professional. So personal. I’m in love and can’t wait to get my hands on my new home gym!

I’m a personal trainer and sometimes performing my own workouts is hard after long days of training, but using fun/cute colors and strong bands help me get through it! So excited to continue using the equipment to work towards my fitness goals.

I reached out to Danita on Facebook and she responded within a couple days promising it would ship ASAP. Within a day or two my order was shipped and everything was good. I appreciate that she’s responsive and reachable and that everything worked out smoothly!

United States | 31 January 2022I am so happy with my purchase of the Complete Home Gym! It arrived quickly, was everything I expected, and was easy to set up. I love that it includes a shaker bottle, protein powder, and stickers. This protein powder is delicious and I’m not just saying that. The colors are addictive to look at and make me want to workout, it looks great in my living room. Everything stacks super compact on the stand, I live in a studio apartment and it’s not too much at all - it’s taking up about as much space as a vacuum cleaner. All the equipment is great quality, and the bands are thick and cushiony. I was also amazed that my purchase included a 15 minute call with a real coach to talk through fitness, nutrition, and mindset. They were also available by text to answer all my questions. The plates arrived in two separate boxes but were still pretty heavy, I had to drag them - which is totally fine, because I ordered weights, but just FYI! I could tell that during shipment the delivery people struggled a bit as the boxes were pretty busted…that’s not how they left the Booty Bands warehouse obviously, but maybe it would be better to split those into three boxes instead with a bit more padding. No complaints, just feedback, and if I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

I had a minor issue with the barbell clips being too loose and contacted customer service. The customer service contact info was easy to find on the website and provided three different ways for you to get support; phone, email, and text message. The customer service representative contacted me immediately and quickly resolved my issues. I highly recommend this brand.

United States | 05 January 2022Ordered $500 worth of barbell and equipment and they didn’t ship it all. Now they’re claiming I received everything and I absolutely did not. Shipping also took much longer than they estimated. Terrible company and I will be reporting them to multiple agencies.

Asked for a refund and a return process and kept on getting automated emails and now they’re not responding to me at all. Paid 700 for low quality products

United States | 01 January 2022Order was placed December 21 for 790.99 home gym. Cancelled order and then placed another order and they have no record. We have order numbers all that! Last stated her team is working on this and NO ONE is responding to my messages now. Terrible. And never again!!

United States | 13 December 2021Absolute garbage company. I placed an order for some resistance bands and a barbell pad August 25th. Their shipping policy as per their website states "most orders can be shipped in 5-7 business days" but because of Covid, some may take 7-14. Okay, cool. Except a month goes by and nothing. I email them and they say my order is "in process". I email again asking for an actual estimate of time because it has been 28 days and still no shipment. Their email reply says they "have marked this on a priority basis and escalated it to the shipping department." They say they'll be notified the following day of the status of my order. 2 weeks go by, nothing. I email again asking for updates. They email back saying they are out of stock on the product. So they take more money than they have stock for. They say it'll be back in stock that Friday. 10 days go by, nothing. I email again asking if they're back in stock. Their response, "but the GOOD NEWS is your order has been completed being packed and labeled, It is now in the process to get shipped! I'll have the shipping team send you the tracking number shortly." I then received a tracking number. Then I received another, but it was canceled. I waited 2 more weeks, no movement on the tracking info, it just says label created awaiting package. So they create tracking labels to fool their customers into thinking their stuff has shipped. It's now Nov 5th, over 2 months since I ordered. I email again about the double tracking numbers, and get this response, "We are sorry for the inconvenience but two packages were made mistakenly but now your items are in one box and we have already labeled them and they will be shipped as soon as possible." Again, they're telling me my order is packed and ready to ship. Nov 15 I email again saying if my order isn't actually shipping any time soon I'd like a refund, as per their stated cancelation policy, if an item hasn't shipped yet, it can be refunded. Their response, "Dear, We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. We have contacted the Shipping team about your order and Hopefully, you will get notified about your package within the next 24-48 working hours." 2 weeks later, nothing. I email again that it's been 3 months since my order was placed and I keep being told my order will ship but it never does, so please cancel the order and refund my money. Their response? "Your order is having some delays, As you know that, there are massive supply chain issues with almost all businesses in our country right now. There are 100 cargo ships outside of port waiting to unload to deliver food and materials for businesses. Not to mention massive labor shortages. We have changed all of our shipping to be extended. THE GOOD NEWS is that I will ship your order on a TOP PRIORITY BASIS." Um, I thought my order was packed and ready to ship? Playing the guilt trip card, okay, good business practice. I told them there might be issues with supplies all over the country, but the only business I'm having issues with is them. I then said I'd be contacting my bank for the refund since they clearly weren't going to follow their own policy. Dec 1st they reply, "Just wanted to tell you thanks again for supporting small businesses at this time and now we are in full force of shipping. Thanks for your patience as we work overtime to get these all out. 😊 Hopefully your order will be shipped within this week" Yeah, my order still never shipped. Worthless company, and I hope the word gets out that they like to scam customers.
