My experience with Equivo was excellent fron start to finish. Total communication throughout the process, they sorted everything for a very reasonable price and got back all my money in the process. Wonderful company of professional people.

Amazing debt collectors! Fast, efficient and they walked me through every step of the collection process with great communication. There are some costs upfront but everything is paid back to you once they find your debtor. A corrupt wedding dress shop (Brides and Bells Font Hill) promised me a fitting, and deadline date for my dress, but after payment - I was ghosted. All calls and texts were ignored and i was even threatened when I tried to challenge such poor customer service in person. I filled a small claims lawsuit against the owner and Equivo helped enforce the judgment. Alison, Lucy and Divisha in particular were lovely! They quickly got on my case, escalated it from county court to high court, and obtained a writ of control on my behalf. Shortly after, debt collection officers made contact with the defendant and were able to organise a payment plan. After a wedding dress horror story, I’m finally able to get back all of my money plus interest! Thanks to this brilliant company. Would recommend to anyone!

We are a small recruitment business and we turned to Equivo to help us when we had exhausted all other means of collecting almost £20k in debts for services we had provided to a very high standard. The client was solvent, but simply refused to engage with us ignoring our calls, emails and even a CCJ. I can not rate Equivo highly enough. From the very first contact I have found them to be very easy to deal with and they have shown a level of professionalism and competence that I have not experienced previously with other similar companies. Both Jonathan and Alison have gone above and beyond and could not have been more professional. An excellent company who I can wholeheartedly recommend without question.

Absolute bunch of W anchors. No one has any idea what they are doing, completely disorganised. Act on behalf of companies as they say. Companies they represent have no idea what they are doing, never anyone available to speak to. Taking me to court without sending any documents. Even sent me someone else’s debts, name address bank account numbers attached to county court documents. Really looking forward to the hearing I will be showing the judge exactly what they are about. Try to push court matters as quick as they can in order to manipulate the court process or secure default judgement. Then once documents sent (which should have been sent before court action) tried to charge £3500 for the pleasure. Will keep you all updated on my crusade. Even 1 star is too much for these uneducated chance takers. FOS now involved and not to pleased with their dirty tactics. If you do have the pleasure of dealing with them be aware they don’t tell the truth and don’t follow processes. Report them to FOS. They act on behalf of other companies, the companies then tell you to speak to Equivo direct who have no idea what day/year/week or what is going on, spent 1.75 hours in a call to a poor young lass who had no idea how to answer or deal with complaint and no information to give me, absolute waste of mine and her time that was when she could hear me, and after waiting 20 minutes in a que.

Although we didn't achieve the outcome I was hoping for (it was a long shot and realistically I attempted to chase this debt at too late a date), Equivo have been communicative and detailed. Alison in particular was great to work with. If I ever have another debtor that won't play ball I will be going back to Equivo first.

Equivo have been so helpful, Didn’t have a clue and they explained everything, I really wasn’t hopeful because the person who owed me money was really not a very nice person owed lots of money to a lot of people he’s very dodgy, But a huge thank you to Lee he was able to get payment, Hopefully I won’t need bailiffs again but if I did I would definitely use Equivo highly recommended and thank you to Alison on the end of phone and email 🙂

After searching for a company to recover money via a court order, we selected Equivo and couldn't be happier. They talked us through the process of upgrading our court order, helped with the process and then enforced the HC Order, recovering the money. Would use again if in a similar situation.
