Website was fine and easy to use, but gives the impression that Varico make the products which is not true. Another company makes and delivers them and contact between the 2 is rather sketchy! Delivery driver obviously didn't take note of delivery instructions, could not even be bothered to knock on the door to check if he was at the correct address and before unloading part of someone else's order and leaving some of ours on the lorry, had I not gone outside he would of driven away without having the order checked and signed for, he fully admitted that he had not left the complete order at his previous drop. I am in multi drop haulage myself and consider his attitude very disrespectful to the customer and had I not checked my order we would have been left an incomplete order which we were led to believe that if we had not checked our order we wouldn't have been able to do anything about it. It was pure luck that we were home.
