The installation was a lot quicker than I expected . The workers knew exactly what they were doing . They cleaned up the place as they worked .

What a great company. I had them replace a walk in shower. They did a fantastic job. Looks amazing. Left the area spotless. Best part was the workers were friendly and answered all my questions about the install. Customer service department was extremely helpful and courteous. I will definitely call them again when I'm ready to redo my other bathroom.

Andre the manager is very respectful, accommodating, and hires quality employees. The salesman, Sam, is very respectful, accommodating, and gave me the best deal possible. The two gentlemen doing the installation, Tom and Joe, are as good as it gets. They are very respectful and skilled, they take the time to answer all questions, they are very diligent with the work that they do, and they are very careful to not leave a mess. I highly recommend them.

Great decision. I am very pleased with my decision to use The Bath Authority to replace my jacuzzi tub. The salesperson offered many choices along with pics and samples. Their financing options are awesome. I chose the 0% for 24 months with my first payment not until October. Alex, the installer was awesome. He was polite, friendly, hard working, and did the entire job himself. I am so pleased with the results and happy that I decided to do this. Side note: If you call and I don’t answer I probably will be soaking in my new tub!

From beginning to end working with Bath Authority was great. Everyone I spoke with was professional, responsive and straightforward. Install was a breeze, one day to remove my old tub and surround and install a new tub, shower walls, etc.! Dave and Kenny were clean, efficient and professional on install. The final product transformed my bathroom, and is leagues above a prefab surround or overlay in terms of quality and cost benefit. I'm very glad I went with Bath Authority for this project, and would absolutely recommend.

First, they were here when they said they would be. From the first appointment with the salesmen to the arrival of the material and the installation. The installers were friendly and knowledgeable. They kept us informed throughout the installation process.

Workers Dave and his partner were on time, took care with surroundings and cleaned up well afterwards. Protecting the wood floors during installation. Work ethics were very professional and finished the new walk in shower very efficiently and quickly. Very personable and made us feel comfortable with this expensive job. Great job Dave.
