I spoke to a representative of Super E-cig Ltd by phone for advice. After some discussion I was offered a replacement at no extra charge and even though I offered, was not asked to return the faulty goods. I received the replacement a day and a half later. I consider this customer service of the highest order, one many other companies would benefit from by emulating. Commenting in general I found the website well designed and easy to navigate; the range of goods extensive and competitively priced; finally the offer of free postage for goods of any price within the UK, far too tempting!
