Great experience and would definitely use again

I got e liquid I normally pay £15 a bottle for, for £4 each. Needless to say I bought all of it! I ordered through eBay, there was good contact and postage and delivery all was on time. I'll definitely be keeping an eye on the site, especially if they have such premium juice for so cheap. Well done guys!

Emailed Dave about out of stock product. He sorted out a transfer of product to the website and I was able to order exactly what I wanted through online shop. Comms could’ve been quicker but it was bank holiday weekend and the job got done. So very happy as the stuff we ordered seems to be quite hard to find online. Thanks Dave. I am changing my review, due to some outstanding customer service. I received and item that was damaged. The gentleman I think his name was Rob, refunded me and let me keep the damaged item. The refund was in my PayPal account within minutes. Rob was very apologetic, friendly and helpful, I will be using Superciguk again! Mistakes happen, a good company will always put the customer first, and rectify a mistake to make that customer happy. I now feel very happy with my dealing with Superciguk.
