Dom came to recover my wife's car after the wheel came off and car was in a ditch. He's a star kept us informed of his progress to us on route.very compassionate of the situation calming my wife with his care and attention.He's the sort of guy you pray to arrive in a bad situation. My car was hit from behind on the A32 in Fareham. Nothing was straightforward dealing with the other driver, other road users, insurance company and breakdown insurance company. The nominated recovery company was Boarhunt Garage. Every aspect of dealing with them was easy, from the calm, reassuring phone contact to the speed of recovery and return home. Sorry I didn't take the name of the tow truck operator but he was amazing, a true 'knight of the road'.

My troublesome pick up had caused a junction to the M27 to be closed and after a series of emergency services coming and going, Dominic from Boarhunt Garage arrived and swiftly picked me up. Despite me fighting a losing battle with this vehicle his general manner and customer service made the embarrassing trek and drop off that little bit easier. Didn’t question anything and got the job done with minimal fuss.

Had a tyre puncture after hitting a pedestrian kerb at Drayton Portsmouth . Dom from Boar Hunt recovery was there in 15 mts of being informed by my insurance company. Very efficient, reassuring, pleasant and polite. Got my car safely in no time to my residence. He also gave me a lift home which was much appreciated. Once home he parked the car in the drive way. My Insurance Breakdown cover conted Boarhunt to collect my Vw Camper van up, as we had broken down in Portsmouth and had to get back to London, the Two guys that had came out, were very Professional and Efficient throughout the whole Journey, the First guy was a Mechanic to try to give us Roadside assistance but told us it had to be picked up, and within 20 mins of him leaving the Second guy had turned up with a Flatbed truck and didn't mess about, just got it loaded and back on the Road, 5A* all round from Beginning to End, Highly recommend.

My breakdown company arranged for Boarhunt to come and assist when my car battery died. They were so quick arriving in 40 mins during rush hour. They fitted a battery at what I considered a reasonable cost and I was on my way. Couldn’t fault them, thank you

I was recovered about 30mins ago I am woth rac aswell boarhunt are 10times faster and better customer services. Driver is really professional and polite. 5 star company. If you need recovered boarhunt are the people for the job.

TOTALLY HONEST REVIEW .... Had cover for 3 years never called them out until today. Fan belt went on car the guy said he found one in stock just 1 mile away just needs get the go ahead from garage collect . He also said he had no other jobs booked .. (I was parked safe by the way in car park) garage refused permission and offered to toll me home or leave where it was. (must wanted more money from innsurence) REALLY A FAN BELT I even offered pay for part... I WALKED TO THE CAR PARTS PAID £26 AND YOU TUBED HOW TO CHANGE IT .. took me 30 min and I know nothing about cars but not to stupid .. Thanks for absolutely nothing .

Outstanding. Broke down last Monday and they were happy for me to get towed to their garage by the AA, even though they couldn't do the work until the following Monday due to amount of work on. (Also asked them to do the MOT which was due soon). They gave me a lift to Fareham as was stuck to get back. On the Thursday they rang and said the repair was done and a couple of things needed for MOT, which they did and was ready by the end of the afternoon. Excellent service.

We were brought home 200 miles on the recovery truck. Driver pleasant and helpful. My wife managed to leave her mobile phone in the truck. Company looked after phone and set about tracing us. They posted it back, and would not accept as much as the cost of the postage.
