The work environment often lacks respect for educators, treating them more as revenue generators than professionals. There is a constant pressure to retain students, with blame placed on teachers if students choose not to continue or renew their sessions. Additionally, if you don’t comply with every demand, you risk being sidelined for months without explanation. The customer service experience is equally frustrating, with repetitive, scripted responses that show little regard for individual concerns. I would not recommend this platform to fellow teachers seeking a supportive and respectful work environment.

It is only 4 bec I had experience last time during the lesson that I do nit know how to fix the volume in google meet and I keep calling from the group to hep mel but no one is answering. They answered I think middle of the class already. That's all but only if that was fixed right away,I will give a 5.

Also in initial stages i wasn't getting much attention but now after few months I have a lot of work ! Only thing I recommend is in case of help needed there must be chat option that must be available.

Australia | 03 February 2025The results I am obtaining from Vasundhra's Java teaching are beyond my wildest dreams of when I first set out to obtain Java tuition! Several concepts with which I previously regularly struggled I am now understanding straight away when she explains them! Besides that she also fulfils the other traits (such as punctuality, friendly personality, thoroughness and attention to detail, to name just a few in her case) which make for a great teacher! My dealings with the Wiingy admin. and use of their app. have also been extremely smooth. I highly recommend them and of course Vasundhra!

United Kingdom | 24 January 2025I started with Wiingy and at first they are very generous in giving you free demos if you commit. However, this is a very lengthy process and you can be doing free demos for months since students can easily decline, not show up or change their mind. This itself requires someone who is very free and has a lot of time before they want to make money! With this, the company is not sensitive to tutors and they don't prioritise you. I had a few successful demos with excellent feedback and students wanted to sign up during the demo, but after the demo I was informed they didn't want to continue. Due to this, I had zero students offered to me for weeks. I feel the transparency is not there and it's definitely a waste of time. I wish I could give it zero stars.

She’s professional but very down to earth at the same time that we can share a laugh at time. So far, the current tutor seems responsible and helpful, and the overall experience has been good. Hopefully, things remain the same until the end of this project. In my case, Lisa has been very helpful, responsive, and excellent at rearranging and scheduling the lessons with the tutor and me
