I can’t review the item as I haven’t received it! Royal Mail should have delivered it on the 11th, still saying out for delivery on the 15th!! Can’t contact them and now trying to contact get trend for a refund

been trying to return an item for over a week have emailed the company a few times but no reply as you have to wait for reply (within 48 hours they say ) and you need a return notice before you can send anything back !

Outstanding after sale customer service! I placed an order for a child's birthday and when I didn't receive the item when it was expected I tried to contact them but wasn't able to for days. I was very upset about the whole thing so I decided to send them an email. They responded very promptly and apologetically. Their system had been down when I was trying to call. Their sent me a replacement order that I received the very next day, with a note of apology and extra gifts as a gesture of good will. This says a lot about them as a company and this act of genuine care toward a customer like me cannot be forgotten! Needless to say that I will confidently shop more with them now knowing that in the rare occasion that something happens with my order, they will resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks again for such an excellent customer service!

I bought this as it seemed cheaper than smiggles. Being on a low income and kid going back on packed lunches wanted to make it a good experience for him.
