Ocean were appointed to sell my property in early May and I was pleasantly surprised to receive two asking price offers within the first week of the property going live. However, the agreed buyers’ solicitor was incredibly slow and unresponsive from the get-go. Spurious delays were encountered and the process was extremely onerous. Several months passed, with progress deteriorating to such an extent that I had contemplated withdrawing the sale. Mellissa (Bell) was designated my “Move Manager” to oversee the sale to contract completion and without Mellissa’s ongoing intervention and skilled coordination, the sale would have definitely been withdrawn. Her pleasant disposition and endeavour to complete was admirable. She demonstrated immense effort and professionalism in obtaining a successful outcome and relieving so much stress from my shoulders.
