Very fast shipping. Dealt with 3 other tile stores online, all took at least 10-14 days to receive product. Got mine from aloft in 4 days. Had one product damaged and they immediately sent a replacement and received in 4 days as well. Great customer service.

My experience was perfect! Everything was shipped in a timely manner and communicated with me every step of the way. My first shipment had 21 broken tiles (out of a couple hundred that’s not bad) and the replacement process was somehow even easier than the initial process!! Highly recommend purchasing from this company!!

I ordered a tile sample and it arrived broken. Not a huge deal, but seems simple enough to wrap one piece of tile well enough to avoid breakage. Made me a bit nervous about their shipping/handling overall, esp since the tile isn't cheap.

I wanted an elegant and beautiful tile accent for our bath and looked at the inventory at Aloft. Julia helped me get to know a gorgeous piece from the Sakura collection, and I took the chance of purchasing and having it shipped to me. Beautiful quality tile and even better customer service We had 5 box’s damaged during shipping and they promptly worked on getting a replacement order out asap. Pricing on the tile we picked was best pricing around.

I give it a 2 because shipping was fast and great, but the tile looked nothing in person like it looked in the pictures. I do have to say that their customer service is great. I’m willing to give them another try in the future.

The sample looked NOTHING like the tile online. Not even the same color.

There was an initial issue, which was a misunderstanding about the size of sample tiles. I did receive a call from a very nice lady at Aloft who handled the situation well. They will make it correct if you have any problems. The tiles are lovely, too.
