We knew we wanted to go to Krakow for my stag do but didn't really know what there was to do there. Lucy directed us towards one of the shooting packages and it went down a treat. The whole weekend was great and the guides meant we could get in pretty much everywhere.

Thanks for your email! We had such an amazing time! The activities were spot on; we all loved them. The tour guide was fantastic. She took us to the best restaurants and bars. She was always making sure we were okay, she got involved with the banter and even stayed out with us after her shift. ... she even meet us to say bye! Thanks for everything

Very well organised from what I could see, James still needed to do a lot of sorting out of people and transport. The Saturday evening bar crawl with guides was very enjoyable.

Just want to say a quick thank you to Lucy for helping me to organise my brother's stag weekend in Krakow. Everything was planned according to what we wanted; couldn't have asked for better service.

I used banter to plan a whisky tasting session in Edinburgh as part of a stag weekend and they were great. They were really friendly and always got back to my queries promptly and provided helpful advice. The payment system was easy which was helpful when gathering money from a large group of people and they were very accommodating. Overall they provided great customer service and I'd recommend them to anyone who wants to plan stag activities without any hassle.

Only one star because I can't give this company minus ten. I organised stag for 4th November. Three activities booked with Lucy, none were organised correctly. First activity wrong venue was booked and I was accused of asking for the other but luckily this was done by message so I had the proof. The 2nd and 3rd activity didn't have any bookings for us on the night 14 of us left out in the cold night ruined. 14 guys and staff rolling there eyes at us. Skip to following Monday when I contacted and spoke to manager Catherine on the 6th said they look into it but I should receive a refund by end of the week. 10th November 12:45 asked for a update said they'd back to me back. I had been in correspondence via what's app with Lucy so messeged at 16:15 with zero response even after seeing she had been online 16:29 on what's app after my message was sent. I then called office at 16:40 no one answering phones they close at 17:00. This company embarrassed us all that night and are now dodging me. Honestly this company is to inconsistent to trust such a once in a life event with. Please don't take the risk AVOID!!!

By far the best trip Stag do I have been on. The team was incredibly friendly and helpful. When we had to change the goal posts on multiple times. They helped to make alterations to the arrangments. Our rep in location was really friendly and knew all the good places to visit Why would you organise a trip yourself when these guys deal with all the stress and deliver an outstanding trip. i hope to be booking another trip with you soon

The party bus was 50mins late having gone to the wrong location and when it did turn up there was no alcohol on it and the bust was dirty. We had to stop and call in at a shop to buy alcohol. The location was clearly written and confirmed on the booking and it most definitely was supposed to have alcohol on board. Very very poor service having taken over £500 for the booking.

Catherine Murphy dealt with me and i found her to be very friendly and helpful, i would recommend this service 100%.

Our weekend was good thank you. The boat trip went off smoothly, the stag certainly enjoyed himself. All the boat staff were friendly and the tour guide who met us was very helpful. Thanks.

I can't thank JustBanter Hen & Stag Weekends enough! Everything was great! Everyone really enjoyed it, including the stag... well... at least for what he can remember that is haha. Catherine took care of everything for us during the planning and booking of my mate's stag do. I can't fault the customer service at all, she was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. Then when our flight was delayed 3 hours; messing up our plans for our first day, JustBanter were on hand to help out and ensure everything still ran smoothly. Between the UK team and the partners in Prague, everything was dealt with and rearranged seemlessly for when we finally landed. Our guide Kaz was ready waiting for us at the airport, and even after waiting around for us for an extra 3 hours, she was still full of smiles and great company from the off. A massive thank you to Kaz, she was amazing! Great fun, amazingly helpful, great local knowledge, really looked after the group, got everyone involved and always on hand to help no matter what! Definitely helped to make it a memorable weekend. Thank you so much for all the help. We had an amazing weekend, would highly recommend to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to use you again.

Prague was a blast, the 10 of us were professionally dealt with from the start with Catherine taking care of our itinerary! We did a bar crawl on day 1, beer bikes then stag show on day 2 then steak and roly poly on day 3. Bianca was our guide in Prague and she was brilliant, so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The only setback was that on the steak night they had no record of our reservation and therefore didn't have enough steaks so 4 of our guys had to have burgers.
