I only buy my wine from Slurp now, I have never had anything go wrong with my orders. The wine is always of excellent quality and so is the delivery. All excellent as far as I’m concerned.

The wine is as always very good. The delivery not so good, the packaging was very poor and I'm surprised there were no breakages.

This score is not reflective of Slurp, their sevice is 5 star but relates to DHL and their delivery. As Slurp use them it forms part of the whole experience. I received notification that my 2 boxes of wine had been delivered (20 bottles) and I had signed for them (which I hadn't and nothing was at my property). Fortunately the photo evidence showed they had been left at a property 10 doors away in full view of any passerby. With the help of a neighbour we retrieved my order. I have sent 2 complaints to DHL without reply. Maybe Slurp can get an explanation and apology from DHL.

Well informed, good service and tracking system. Great to be able to buy drink that is not always available in the shops. Very pleased!
