Communication was great over an issue that wasn't the company's fault. A replacement was sent via a different delivery service and was kept fully informed. I was also allowed to keep the first order when it arrived over 2 weeks late after Royal Mail said it was lost.

Firstly I do not expect to have to pay for a delivery valued in excess of £300.00. If I do have to pay I expect the delivery to be on time, giving me a credit for the delivery charge matters not one jot if I don't make another purchase, and why should I if I am charged for delivery. You better benchmark yourselves against , "The Wine Society" or Majestic, or Mr Wheeler-- wakey wakey!
