Randomly looking through the internet for Friexnet Ice Cuvee as had this in Cafe Del Mar.....and Slurp came up, their price was the best and With a sensible delivery charge, as we only wanted 2 bottles was appreciated. Lots of delivery messages, and delivered as agreed.

Prompt despatch and delivery but these two items ordered are intended as presents so disappointed the two items were not supplied in separate packages. However, on reading review company refunded packaging and carriage charge to compensate for cost of additional packaging needed for gifts. Excellent customer service.

I had been a longstanding personal fan of Jascots Wine Merchants when the suddently decided (in a U turn to their desperate plea when lockdown happened) that individuals were beneath them and they were reverting to supplying trade only. They recommended Slurp instead and **fulldisclosure** gave me a £20 voucher. Slurps website is good and easy to navigate, the logistics easy and wine was delivered promptly. HOWEVER - maybe my poor choices (my old Jascots favourites are not stocked) but the low-mid price white burgundies that i selected were hideous. undrinkable. i did wonder if one was corked as it tasted like communion wine. In any event, good purchasing experience, terrible wine experience. I will not be returning.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I made an error on my order which only became apparent after delivery. The customer care team, one of whom was Shari, went out of their way to assist me. They helped me get what I wanted and explained how to make future purchases via their corporate team to avoid the same issue. Outstanding. The wine looks nice too and was next working day delivery!
