I like the products very much but since communication and customer service is close to non existent I can not rate it at more than 3 stars. When confirmation of the paid order took more than a week I got no response to email nor filled out form on the website. Order was well above the acquired amount for free shipping but shipping was still calculated. I still would have ordered but it is very confusing that the site does not work as claimed. Same as the possible free samples that is said to be an option. Also Paypal link does not work. After 2 weeks of silence, just as I was to inform Creditcard company about non delivery I received emails with an order confirmation and track and trace information. So order for great products but keep in mind you might need to take some steps to get a refund when not delivered

I still didn't get my order. Waiting 3 weeks now, no answers to my emails or Instagram nothing. I spent £75 so please resolve it ASAP!

This company doesn't pay its employees and freelancers. Please avoid this horrible company that thinks it can get free work without consequences!

Sorry, but a terrible experience. It is not possible to place an order. Nobody answer me to e-mail. It is not possible to get a free shipping for order over 80 euros to Czech Republic ....

I have not received my order and I have tried to contact the company through email, through the website form and even through Instagram but I have not even received a "we're working on it" message or one telling me who to contact. NOTHING. Well, I lie, I have received three emails asking me to rate my experience... so here it is. I can understand lots of problems can come up with international delivery but I cannot understand this lack of attention/response, to be honest. Very disappointing experience.

The products I bought (serum and day cream) improved my skin condition in a short period of time. The shipping was quickly and lovely packaged.
