The service was very thorough, and they had everything you could need on a trip with your pets. Usman gave us cat dry food and snacks, even bought us coffee out of his own dime, and also noticed I had a cough so gave me strepsis medicine. Getting into the UK with pets requires a few different stops at the border, and it was convenient to have Usman know exactly where to go and what to do. Would def recommend.

Everything went very smooth. I checked the company's transport license and it's full and complete. The driver was very kind and professional! Had been trying to figure out how to get my two cats from Malta to the UK for months and UK and Europe Pet Taxi made it a breeze.
