I’ve shopped here lots of times and always get great service and excellent quality clothes. On this occasion the shirt didn’t fit but I popped back into the shop and it was a nice easy swap.

Never a bad experience either in store or online with S&B. If you go in to the shop you'll be greeted by friendly people who always offer you a cuppa and make time for a little chat if you want it. Online you'll get a prompt delivery which is the norm but your package will come with a wax seal (may seem insignificant but it shows the care they take in all aspects of their service), often a car air freshener and always a handwritten thank you note. It's the little things that transform a 4 star service in to a 5 star service!
