The grass is great. They help to resolve any issues. Really helpful and understanding company. My cat enjoy every single package not only because of fresh grass but also because treats and toys in every box. They also help to manage the deliveries in more suitable for me time. Highly recommended!

Really happy with the subscription for my two cats. The condition of the grass is excellent and will last them longer than any I have previously purchased and grown myself. The customer support is second to none and we even received a small cat toy and turkey catfood gift for Christmas.

Excellent service and support from the staff. The grass arrived lush and very healthy - and is certificated as SAFE by several agencies for pet food supplies. MANY grass selling shops aren't certified, and that means there's no protections for the grass being contaminated by weedkiller on the grass blades. So I love this grass - because I know my cats going to be safe, and the grass is healthy for her.

Grass arrived well packaged. It was a shame the delivery company had popped it upside down, but saying that they were remarkedly fine despite this!

Bought as some extra stimulation for my cat who chooses to spend most of her time inside. Very pleasantly surprised, grass is 'proper' grass, long, lush and arrived looking very healthy. My cat cant stop sniffing it and once i had sprayed it with water she realised she was allowed to lick and chew it, so nice for her to have something interesting that doesnt involve fatty cat treats!

My cats loved this grass, it was delivered perfectly and in a strong box, (which the cats also loved) as soon as we opened it the cats knew that there was something special inside. They really enjoyed the fresh green grass, all my cats are house cats so they don’t have access to the garden, so this was a real treat for them. I’m also really pleased that the grass has stayed fresh for over a week now, with just a little bit of watering. I will definitely be ordering again. 😻

We are Rupert and Minnie and we tested My Cat Grass for the first time this week. Before our humom even opened the box we could smell there was something good inside. The next thing we know, bundles of luscious grass appeared and we couldn't leave it alone! Not only does it taste good, it's fun to bury your head in too. We're mainly indoor cats so this was a real treat and a nice change to our normal dry food. It didn't make us sick either. We've had the grass for 4 days now and it's still looking and tasting great. Goes down purr-fectly as a side dish! Taste-wise it gets top marks from us. In fact, we'd even give bonus points because the packaging is sustainable too. We think other cats who live mainly indoors will love this too.

So I tried my 3 on this quality product, and they loved it. You can tell it's really lovely grass and with my cats being indoor cats, I feel comfortable knowing the grass they are munching on is perfectly clean and healthy. It looks quite attractive and contemporary, like a posh pot plant! It's soft to touch and very lush green. They kept burying their heads in it and sniffing it too.

I get email confirmation and a dispatch notice but no product, plus side I don't seem to have ever been charged either. Impossible to get hold of, all 3 email addresses bounced back.

Complete rubbish. Site does not accept credit cards so you cannot place an order, the product is wildly overpriced compared to say Amazon, the emails bounce, it's just a disaster.
