With respect, the few individuals that I had dealings with appeared to be lacking the skills required to complete their duties, which was made evident by incoherent rambling emails, an inability to respond to some questions until asked multiple times, the repetitive raising of irrelevant points and poor spelling and grammar throughout. Although frustrating, unqualified staffing issues can usually be forgiven. However, this company are in control of large sums of money which makes me very uncomfortable and I would suggest to any landlord to consider alternative methods of deposit protection until such times that TDSNI provide staff with the training they desperately require.
