Great service!

I have used this company for years and always been looked after. However on this occasion i feel let down. I placed an order for some dsquared shorts on Thursday 23rd june. I had a dispatch notice from dpd followed by a tracking number and a delivery time slot on Friday 24th June. We waited in all day and no delivery turned up. We used the tracking number to check where my parcel was and it claimed it had been delivered. No picture of the delivery, just a black square and no card through the letter box even tho we were in all day. I chased this matter up with dpd who confirmed my parcel had not been delivered but were unable to tell me where it was and they need to conduct a investigation. They told me to take the matter up with John Anthony as there were the senders of my parcel but i cant as your customer service is closed all weekend. Please can somebody help as i have paid £287 for some shorts i have not received and if nobody can find my shorts i would like my money back.

First time using this company, really pleased that I trusted all the previous positive reviews. Simple ordering process, kept informed of order's progress throughout and new Veja trainers arrived well packaged and in pristine condition. Would have absolutely no hesitation in using John Anthony again and highly recommend them based on my own experience!

Efficient and delivered on time, had to send a couple of items back but that was my fault in choosing the wrong size.. Waiting on larger sizes arriving 👍🏻 But so far very good experience

Very quick delivery and happy with the product but dpd delivery driver was not so good because I was home and they did not attempt to knock on the front door to deliver package, instead through it over the back gate. I was very pleased with always letting me know also when the sales were on and ended up getting it in the sale.

Ordered an item for a birthday gift and although the website showed stock avaliable it took them 3 days to come back to advise the item was now out of stock, meaning I now can’t get the item on time for the birthday gift.

Ordered from the sale turned up promptly wrong size for me so returned asking for a smaller size turned up in no time can’t fault service would use again.

very disappointing experience bough pair of sneakers order confirmed only to learn the next day that it was cancelled due to some card security issues (nonsenses excuse) they made a mistake with the colour of the sneakers apparently the colour i bought wasn't available so they cancelled my order without letting me know the real reason, i would have happily excepted the available colour instead !
