Sagar, you made things so SIMPLE that we were all RELAXED. The first day of the initiation allowed us to observe the instruments and understand them. You make complex topics so simple that anyone can understand. You avoid confusing topics and focus on simplicity, breaking down minute details. We got to know about different types of singing bowls, gongs, didgeridoos, djembes, and many other instruments. Each one had its unique sound and properties, and you explained their uses with such clarity. The questions we raised were answered in a way that respected our beliefs in other modalities, showing an easier way to integrate them. You helped us understand that we are enough to heal ourselves—using just our heartbeat, breath, and voice. On the second day, we felt like children exploring all the instruments. Playing them was incredibly soothing, each with its unique way of calming us. It was a rollercoaster of musical notes from different instruments. The interactive nature of the session allowed us to connect deeply with the sounds and rhythms. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. We hope to have your sessions in Ras Al Khaimah soon. Sanketh, though quiet, speaks through the instruments. The combination of your guidance and Sanketh's musical expression created a harmonious and enriching experience. Sagar is a soulful healer. His relationship with sound is very dynamic. The journeys developed by him are almost akin to going deep into our inner forests and wild lands and making some deep self conscious connections to silent wounds. What beautiful melodies of sounds! It was a feeling of true bliss and peace taken through one sound to another on a cool and calm roller coaster that just got deeper and deeper with flow and equilibrium. Sagar and Sanket are amazing and electrifying on how they use these instruments to take you on the most spectacular journey within through the different melodies of these most high vibrational instruments and sounds. Myself and my husband attend the 360 sound bowl healing event at the Madinat Jumeriah with Sagar. We were not sure what to expect but have had some Sound bowl healing previously, this session was on a whole different level of healing/sound. It was a profound journey of sound, that reached deep into our subconscious, our hearts, our minds and souls. It definitely had a positive effect on both my husband and I. Today, we have felt more relaxed, chilled, connected and following a great deep sleep last night, we feel more aware of people and events around us. We can only highly recommend that you attend a session or book a private session with Sagar. I am now considering taking his sound bowl training and also trying to find a copy of his book !!
