Bought our first one and it lasted 6 months, barked and stonehouse replaced it and 2 months later the same thing happened. A massive ridge formed down the centre separating myself and my new wife. We spent close to £1800 on this mattress and can’t believe how bad they are! Simply put they’re not fit for purpose! It’s not like we’re both heavy either my wife weights just 60kilos and I weight 95kilos!

This mattress sagged after just over 1 year of use. We won't be buying another one.

This mattress is a good buy in budget. Customer service is also excellent. I have been using it for over 6 months and had no issue with it. Over all its a great buy.

Excellent service, sales team has thorough product knowledge and suggested me Pysiopedic. I would say i am super happy with the mattress and sales guy who suggested me this mattress. King koil is the best one.

Worst Mattress ever I paid €1,700.00 for my King Koil mattress which was on sale, down from 2,700.00. After 18 months it has completely lost all support and I have serious back ache. It has sagged on each side and a big hump in the middle. Waiting for a so called expert to call to check out my mattress Thus should be interesting to see what they will say took 4 months to get this so called expert as the keep fobbing me off. I will update when the expert has left and I hear back from company But I would never buy a King kohl mattress ever again. Especially from the way the after-sales customer service have treated me .

I had purchased a King koil Bronte 3000 from a retailer in my local town of cookstown county Tyrone. After lots of looking around for the best mattress to suit my needs I was told this was probably the best on the market. I lay on it in the store and it seemed great . So I decided this is the one I need. After having it for 4 months it started to sag to which was very disappointing. I couldn't believe that after paying a large amount of money the product this had happened. I've always turned the mattress every 2 weeks as I was told when I purchased it. So with the 10 year warranty stamped on it I said to myself I will contact the retailer. To which he replied that there would be a independent surveyor who would arrange a appointment to look at the mattress to see what the problem was. The surveyor arrived and accessed the product. With a ruler and a line he dipped the bed in the middle to measure the sag. Which was 35mm measuring the width ways I said I want you to measure and dip it diagonally which he replied no that's not how we do it. To which I was amazed. Measuring diagonally has a sag of 60mm.this company has big fancy 10 warranties stamped on there products but when it comes to faults they have always a excuse to blame the purchaser for the way they treated it. I would never buy from this company again. They manufacture inferior products.

I have purchase king koil mattress before 18 month and within 18 month spring come out and i take follow up from 20 days for warranty claim but till now not received any solution or any satisfactory answers.very poor service. Please don't buy 9825884352
