Added to that they have such friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Until now our experience of Donnellans had been in person in their store. This year with Covid we shopped online. This was a great experience. Firstly they have one of the most user friendly websites we have encountered. It is clear, descriptive and detailed, in fact one of the best we have used, so well done to it’s designer for such excellent work. Our order was placed and the goods arrived promptly with no extra plastic packaging included. Everything was as described on the website. So we are beyond being pleased. Enclosed also was a hand written thank you note for shopping local from the proprietor. This we felt was a lovely touch. The boots have an xs shaft which I wanted and it was clearly stated. Some other shops had the same boots but it didn't say so although Donnellans were €13 more than the cheapest I was happy to pay because of their clear description. Plus support local.
