I ordered meds cabinet keys. Unfortunately they didn't fit as I needed the older version of the key. They were able to cut the key I needed from a photo I sent and replaced the keys free of charge and I just sent the wrong keys back to them. Really helpful!

I called this company as my keys were not delivered. A lady answered and was so rude to me . They never make mistakes we must had put them in the bin. Finally got them to refund the £7 but say we are not welcome to order from them anymore I have been a customer of theirs for years . They clearly need to learn to be polite and deal with problems .

Easy to identify your missing key from the lock number. I ordered and the key arrived promptly....but oh no I had transposed 2 numbers and ordered the wrong key. hoping that they would agree to change it I contacted Lockdoctor but not only did they change it but sent a replacement first class post no charge!
