I had a project outside their scope. They did their best and did get a chip installed for me, they just didn't have enough information on my device to fully diagnose its issues. Their customer service was great though.

We were in quite a bind when our business computer ate our quick books. You can imagine our panic! Geek squad was over a week out and the other place I called didn’t work on Apple products. I was nervous to try a company I was unfamiliar with but felt like I had to give it a shot. Blake was incredible! Fast and SO SO reasonably priced! Restore Hub did a really nice job replacing the battery on my 2015 Mac. I followed Blake's recommendation to replace my charger and my Mac is working great again. They were quick and very friendly. I will call them again if I have other technical problems. The deep cleaning that Blake did was well worth the extra $20.00. Thanks, Gary
