The monthly subscriptions are personalised to tailor my personal aims and help me regulate and maintain my supplement patterns in order to reach my goals. On top of this, the flavours are new and exciting and taste great.

Great products, love their protein blends (especially the chocolate one with chocolate flakes in). Come in a larger tub or smaller practical pouches which have an easy seal so is kept fresh (unlike some other companies) will continue to use and look forward to trying other products if theirs!
