הגעתי למרפאה דרך חברה ואני יכול להגיד שהופתעתי מהרמת שירות והמקצועיות ! הכל היה ברמה מאוד גבוהה ויחס אישי הרופאים נותנים הרגשה הכי טובה שיש והכל גם במחיר שלא רואים בארץ . אז חד משמעית אם אתם רוצים טיפול טוב וגם לטייל קצת על הדרך אני ממליץ בחום!

Tja, was soll ich sagen...nach anfänglicher Skepsis, ob der Standart der Behandlung in der Türkei und die ärztliche Versorgung mit dem deutschen Standart vergleichbar ist, kann ich nur sagen ja auf jeden Fall! Dr. Ilker Arslan fand ich im Internet nach langer Recherche und wagte einen ersten Besuch in der Praxis am 14.11.2022. Nach ausführlicher Beratung über das medizinisch Notwendige und die ästhetischen Wünsche, ging es auch schon los. Ich bekam insgesamt 22 Kronen innerhalb von 9 Tagen. Es war alles gut durchgeplant von dem tollen und zauberhaften Team und ich hatte die ganze Zeit das Gefühl gut aufgehoben zu sein. Von den behandelnden Ärzten bekam ich eine Handynummer und hätte mich im Fall der Fälle melden können. Sowohl die Ärzte als auch die Arzthelferinnen sind unglaublich aufmerksam und fürsorglich, organisieren selbst ein Frühstück wenn sie es für wichtig halten, dass der Patient vor der Behandlung frühstückt. Als ich dann am 22.11.2022 das Ergebnis sah, konnte ich nicht mehr aufhören zu lächeln, einmal vor Freude über das Ergebnis und auch über das Gefühl, dass sich die Anstrengungen absolut gelohnt haben.

Mein Name ist Ayse Aslan und Herr Dr. Arslan hat unter schwierigen Umständen wie fortgeschrittener Paradontose drei Implantate sowie mehrere Kronen sowohl im Unter- als auch im Bereich des Oberkiefers bei mir eingesetzt. Die Behandlung wurde jeweils bei meinen drei Istanbulaufenthalten durchgeführt. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis der Behandlung. Ich fühlte mich vom ersten Termin an gut aufgehoben und sehr fürsorglich betreut. Die zahlreichen Behandlungstermine wurden gut auf meine begrenzte Zeit vor Ort in Istanbul abgestimmt. My experience with the amazing Doctor llker was super. From the welcoming,through the supporting and till the last minute in Istanbul everything was extremily cozy. Dr ilker and his colleagues are a highly skilled dental practice. I had 2 implants placed with a bridge. Before this could happen, a number of preparatory works were required. I got a temporary crown. Because of corona I walked around with this for more than 6 months. The material they used was extremely good and strong. I was especially concerned because I thought a temporary crown wouldn't be that strong. The final crowns I received have a very natural look. I dare to say to the people I know well that they are implants and they could never have noticed it themselves. I am very satisfied with the services provided and with my implants and will recommend this dentist to anyone.

Great customer service from Marcella who speaks fluent English. The whole team of dental nurses were all friendly and professional. I am happy with my teeth whitening results and my husband is pleased with his fillers and root canal

It is definitely worth it, from Dr Ilker first consultation, he was so candid of what need to be done Dr Merve took care of my fillings, they are perfect, my filling needed to be very deep, since I took long to renew them but she did very well I do not even remember I had done. I had Dr Metin, the surgeon removing my wisdom teeth. Do not go there expecting to have something half done. They are very meticulous and worry about how you feel. I`ve never had such positive experience on a dentist clinic before. The clinic is quite busy with national and international patients.

I could not have had a better experience, From start to finish. When I originally contacted Dent Saudiye Marcella contacted me over WhatsApp and she is one of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. She talked to me about the process and the pricing and set an appointment date and time. Before I set off on my flight she even sent me a friendly message saying have a safe trip and she was with me throughout the whole process letting me know what was going on. Marcella your a star! When I had my first consultation with Dr Ilker I told him what I wanted done and we spoke about how we could do it and I could tell he really cared about my long term health above everything else. Then Dr Merve Topak took over and she did an amazing job from the whitening to the fillings and the composite bonding and tooth contouring. Marcella said she was “Queen of the millimetres because she was a perfectionist” and she didn’t disappoint. First she did the whitening and she gave me her card to message her just in case I had any questions. Then we did the fillings and she was the first dentist that did them without having them too high up. Not only that she made the fillings look very realistic like the actual tooth. On the last day we did the composite bonding on my front tooth and tooth contouring which she did perfectly. She took her time and looked at it from every angle and made sure I was also happy with it and let me know what she was doing every step of the way. In the end I now have teeth that look almost as good as vaneers the only difference being my teeth are not the same shape on both sides which is completely normal and I think when they are exactly the same shape on both sides and completely symmetrical it’s a dead giveaway that it’s vaneers. I also had braces on for four years before getting all this done from an orthodontist in the U.K. but they were not completely straight. But after Dr Topak did the contouring and composite bonding they look perfect. Also the orthodontist helped me out with a retainer with 1 days notice and it fitted perfectly. I’ve never experienced customer service to this level before Lastly on my way back to the hotel I stopped off into the pharmacy and the women in there even said I had a really nice smile before I even mentioned I was just at the dentist. Also Thank you to Dilara for helping Dr Merve with the treatment and everyone else at the clinic you were awesome.

Dr İlker was lovely, I am a bit scared about dentists, but the team and the Doctor explained every little detailed I asked, and I asked a lot, hahaha. I have the smile design, with crowns because my natural teeth needed to be fully cover. My friend did with veneers because fit her better. He is definitely worth it! It is not a cheap Dr neither is a cheap material, all original. We did our smiles 2 years ago, and still perfect! Thank you Dr and to whole team at Densuadiye.

If you have persistent tooth problems and are looking for a dentist, then don’t. What you need is probably a dental clinic, rather than a traditional family dentist. Like many other things, the science of dentistry and dental technology has progressed so far that only a fully equipped dental clinic would bring together the expertise and technology necessary for complete dental treatment. The days of know-it-all family dentist are over. This is why I prefer Dent Suadiye. Besides being an exceptional implantologist and prosthesis specialist, Dr Dt Ilker Arslan deserves credit for bringing together a formidable team of specialists such as orthodontist Dr Dt Ahmet Pinar, endodontist Dr Füsun Ferah, oral surgeon Dr Metin Kızılkaya and dental Dr Merve Topak. Once in Dent Suadiye’s care, it is unlikely that you will ever need external specialist treatment, however complex your needs may be. I for one, had three sides of my mouth fixed by Dent Suadiye, including two implants and numerous root canal treatments and prostheses, after years of referrals and patchy dental treatments failed to solve my problems in United Kingdom. The clinic is modern and ultra-clean and the support staff are polite and friendly. Very much recommended.
