I have never been in a car accident where it was in anyway my fault, so this was a new experience for me and I am not a really young person, I just try to drive safely. Robert McDorman is the real deal!! My vehicle was caught in the very first Hail Storm that hit the DFW area and originally it was going to be fixed at the Body Shop I selected, but it ended up being totaled by Progressive once they identified extra work was needed. They stated they would give me $13,444 and some change for my 2007 GX470 that had 122K for mileage. When researching it looked as though that was not a fair value for my vehicle.
