Don’t think I will reorder unless significant changes happen in months 2 or 3 I prefer to include a lot of anti ageing nourishing foods in my diet

United States | 17 October 2020The couple of times I have contacted Lumity customer service has resulted in prompt personal friendly responses and positive results. They have been accommodating of changing my subscription for holiday travels and whilst stuck in another country, suspending it for several months longer than expected. Interesting to me was after not taking my Lumity morning and night capsules, for about 4 months (stupid worldwide pandemic) I noticed a difference in my energy levels and and an overall lackluster feeling, but now I’m back on them my hair has perked up, my nails have resumed their quick growth, my skin is glowing, proof to me that Lumity delivers on its word.

United States | 06 October 2020This is the first time I had to go down to the post office and sign for the package because it required a signature. This took 2 trips because they could not find it for a total of 45 minutes. Please send the next shipment with no signature required.

United States | 26 September 2020I can honestly say the energy felt is noticeable. No need for afternoon Starbucks run, which is a $ saver and better off for my skin. Its only been 1 month so I can't review hair growth yet but I have noticed inbetween wash my scalp isn't as oily and when washing less hair loss. Those are enough reasons for me to continue and love this product.

I contacted Customer Service, got a prompt response and explanation of the problem. I have always found Customer Service to be responsive and the Lumity products to be excellent.

Canada | 01 July 2020Placed my order, received confirmation of order and then waited. Checked in about 8-10 days later and asked if order had been shipped and they responded that it had not. Somehow it had been missed completely (odd since Ihad an order number) so they canceled that order and then re-issued new order and then that order shipped fairly quickly and received within a week. If I hadn't checked in on shipping, not sure how long I would have waited thinking it was in the queue for shipping.
