I ordered a Meucci BMC Pro Series 5 Pool Cue Stick. Gorgeous stick. It was packaged great and the little things that came with it was awesome too. It was my husbands Fathers Day gift (I had to give it to him early😔). There was a little issue so I emailed and called the company. Rich called and responded to my email and told me to send the cue back and he would fix it and make it right. Rich has been great through this whole process and has kept me informed with the updates and sent me videos also. I am very pleased with the company and the customer service has been phenomenal. I also can’t forget the shirt❤️. My husbands old pool cue I will be sending to Billards King to fix, just waiting to find a box that the cue case will fit in. Bought a new cue case and moosehead bridge online and couldn't be happier! The purchase was easy, the site was simple to navigate, the shipping was fast and I am showing off my new case with pride to everyone at the pool hall.
