All that it took to resolve the issue was an email to support. Dr. Burns took over from there and personally helped me find the problem (my gmail account filtered his response). This was done on ZOOM so we could talk and test at the same time. You can't get that from many companies if any today. You are purchasing an education in his personal trading method and ultimately you will get out of it what you put in. So it is just like any other education. There is no stock ranking or picks presented and that is made clear up front. Today it is more frequently pointed and and particularly by TOPDOG that following your rules on every trade is an absolute must to be successful. Once you start learning you are in school for life. Everything was great I love the course and the extra videos. I also purchased a indicator. However I did not get bk a response regarding my questions from Burns. Support responded but said they can't answer my questions. I won't discount the course or indicator just because I haven't received a response but would appreciate my questions being answered.

I have not implemented any trades with the first software I purchased the "Castle Program" Nor have I implemented any trades with the Visualization Software for TOS. The reason is there is a ton of learning from both. Once I start trading I will be glade to fill out a new Trust form. However, I can tell you I would give Gary Odom a 5 star rating for getting back to me on questions I have had. He has helped me a lot.
