ordered items ages ago >10 days still not recieved. Emailed three times no reply

I rang the company for advice they were very helpful and gave excellent advice on what product i needed to use. I received it in the post the next day and found it very easy to use i would certainly advise a friend to contact the company if they had a problem with any pests in their house .

Product ordered did the job specified quickly and inexpensively.

I'm cat sitting while my parents are away and they didn't warn me of the flea infestation! A few cans of flea spray later and they're still turning up. I use the spray on my lower legs and arms and it has helped a lot. One bottle certainly doesn't last long enough though. But the rest-bite is certainly welcome. If I remember right, insurance is offered for post, take up the offer... dropped on the doormat rattling around in a plastic envelope (no packaging whatsoever). The spray itself does work and I do recommend.

My wife was tearing her hair out, as every morning she would find earth strewn from her solarium flower beds and the uncovered deposits made by neighbours cats. But, hey Presto the Pest controller works. I have now purchased another unit for her ground floor flower beds.

Not only did Best Pest Control have the best price for the 2 Vari Sky Kennels i ordered, but delivery was very quick indeed, and the items were well packaged. Overall, I'm very happy, and would use the site again.

I would rather not have the product displayed so prominently on the front of the packaging. " 1 x Rentokil BED BUG KILLER......" Do I really want all and sundry to know that I may have brought bed bugs back from holiday...? Really that is not good policy nor is it good customer relations. SOREEE - need to change your labels.

I looked at the cat deterrent on line and then decided to ring the 'boss' direct as I was in France and wanted it posted to my daughter in the UK. He was very helpful so I paid online at around midday and to our amazement the product was delivered to my daughter the following morning at 7.30am. The fastest and most efficient service I have ever experienced. Well done Best Pest Control. I understand the product does its job too! Thank you. I thoroughly recommend this company.

Very quick delivery. Haven't used the product yet but will advise on effectiveness when I do. Pleased with service and would recommend to others with a bedbug blight!

we orderded 2 of these cat repellents and on arrival 1 was complete the other had the mounting stake missing.i phoned them and they are putting one in the next post.havnt tried them yet.

I found the website very easily and was very surprised at the range of pest control devices and the easily understood descriptions. Their functions were well covered. It was very easy to make a selection and see the order develop into a clearly priced, discounted (as relevant) request for the goods including carriage charges as necessary. Payment was also very easy, one had a choice of method, and the goods seemed to have been despatched with very little delay. The Royal Mail also worked well and the goods received in good order.

Smoke bombs for bed bugs were class along with the bug spray....so easy to use.

Had a problem and it was sorted out next day. Excellent customer service.

Bought an STV620 top of the range Cat and Dog Repeller. Tried it in 2 different places in garden over a fortnight. Totally ineffective. Rang the company, and was told that a different model specifically for cats would be sent to me. After a week, despite waiting in for the postman everyday, nothing arrived. Rang the company again, who said he had forgotten, would sent one off in the next 2 days. Another week later, again after waiting in for the postman, nothing as arrived. What a let down after reading others good reviews. Totally peed off!

Promptly despatched when ordered and also notified when. Only problem - delayed in the post (although 1st class!). Left a message on the answer phone, which was promptly followed up the next day. Given helpful advice as regards use of the products ordered. Pleasant, friendly and professional manner. Would not hesitate to use again.
