My coffee came in two boxes. One box was damaged and all the cans were very bent. It is very difficult to open them. I sent a picture of the damaged cans,

My husband bought this for me but I was glad to find my next shampoo bar at a more reasonable price after running out of my Viori shampoo. They packaged my order well but I didn't receive it til 4/10/23 but its ETA was 4/6/23 according to UPS..but that's because UPS transferred it to my *struggling* local post office for delivery. I'll be glad to use my shampoo bar on my next weekly hair wash. I was hoping I was getting both the shampoo and conditioner though because the pictures led me to believe I was getting both so I would recommend updating the pictures for this product. If Cozy Farm had the Hibar Curl Conditioner that pairs with this one I would be returning back to this site sooner rather than later. Thank you for your efforts though !

I inadvertently ordered the wrong item and didn't see it was a total of 6 in a pack. Opened the box upon arrival and within a few days, requested to return. This was not acceptable to the company, as they have a "No Buyer's Remorse" policy. That's unacceptable !!! Should have ordered off Amazon !
